Hearing Tests In Woodford Green, Essex
Our Hearing Tests
In the same way we care for your eyes – with independent advice, clinical excellence and personal service – we have partnered with Amplify Hearing and you can now receive all this for your ears too!
Hearing loss can be a gradual process, and it may not always be easy to notice at first. That's why we offer comprehensive and painless hearing tests to help detect any potential issues early on. Our hearing care specialist will take the time to discuss your hearing history and any concerns you may have before conducting a series of tests to measure your hearing ability at different pitches and volumes.
The entire process typically takes about 30-60 minutes. Our audiologist will explain your test results and advise you on the best course of action. If hearing aids or other solutions are required, we will demonstrate the available options and help you chose the one that's right for you. And, being independent, we offer a comprehensive range of hearing aids from all the leading brands - at a competitive price.
We are here to support you on your journey to better hearing!

Wax Removal
Earwax is naturally produced by the body to protect the ears from infection and remove debris. While it is beneficial for ear health, some individuals may produce excess earwax, leading to potential issues such as blockages, irritation, and hearing difficulties if not properly managed.
Suffering from itchy, aching or blocked ears?
We offer a safe and efficient procedure to remove excess ear wax via micro-suction with a qualified hearing care professional. Microsuction is widely considered to be the quickest, safest and most effective method of ear wax removal.
We’re here to help with any concerns you have about your ears, and to offer relief from earwax with micro-suction wax removal.
Aftercare
We understand the importance of ongoing support when it comes to your hearing solution, which is why we offer a full range of aftercare for the lifetime of your hearing aids, completely free of charge.
Our dedicated audiologist is committed to ensuring that you get the most out of your hearing aids. From regular check-ups and adjustments to guidance on caring for your hearing aids, we are here to provide the support you need to experience the best possible hearing outcomes.

Your Audiologist
Fatema graduated with a BSc (Hons) Audiology degree and worked in the NHS which provided a great base for how to fit and work with complex losses. Fatema then worked for a global manufacturer of hearing aids as both a Field Training Audiologist and an NHS Account Manager. This required supporting audiologists with their training, helping with technical queries and assisting patients on their hearing aid journey.
She is very passionate about bringing a high quality of care, and loves the difference seeing an audiologist can make to the quality of life of patients.
Outside of work, Fatema likes to spend time with her family, travelling, and completing escape rooms!
